DuraGrade Concrete is a high-performance, high-build urethane floor coating with polyaspartic properties, designed to provide superior protection and rapid curing on concrete surfaces. It can be applied directly onto concrete without acid etching. DuraGrade Concrete offers outstanding adhesion, and is scratch, chip, chemical, and UV resistant, requiring no primer, basecoat, or topcoat. DuraGrade’s low-VOC formula ensures compliance in all 50 states. Available in 18 standard colors or a custom color option, it is easy to apply by brush, roller, or spray equipment. Ideal for indoor or outdoor surfaces, it protects against hot tire pick-up and general wear. For decorative finishes, apply Color Flakes atop the final wet coat, then seal with DuraGrade Clear protective coating. For an anti-skid finish, add Tread-Tex to the final coat.

We want you to experience optimum performance and enjoy the protective benefits of our coatings, so please follow our simple Application Guidelines prior to starting your project to set yourself up for success! Moisture-cured urethane coatings begin curing when exposed to air. Do not open the can until ready to use. All Rust Bullet coatings require a minimum of two coats. The surface to be coated must be completely dry, have a profile for adhesion, and the recoat time of approximately 2-6 hours must be followed. As soon as the previous coat is dry to the touch, you are ready for the next coat.
