IMPORTANT: Please read this document carefully. Accessing or using www.RustBullet.com (the “Website”) and purchasing products from Rust Bullet, LLC signifies your agreement to these terms. If you do not accept these terms you should leave the Website immediately and cease any further use of any content and materials you have obtained from the Website.

1. Intellectual Property & Usage

Rust Bullet, LLC owns all copyrights and materials on this Website. Any product, process, or technology described herein may be the subject of other intellectual property rights reserved by Rust Bullet, LLC and are not licensed hereunder.

• Authorized Use: You may download or print materials for internal, non-commercial use only, provided you retain all copyright notices (© Rust Bullet, LLC. All rights reserved) and keep images attached to their explanatory text.
• Prohibitions: You may not use this content to construct databases, frame this site within another website, or use materials for commercial publication without express written consent.
• Trademarks: Rust Bullet® and associated logos are registered trademarks. Trademarks of third parties are acknowledged where applicable.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Processing and Transit

• Standard Orders: We ship from Reno, Nevada. Average transit for the 48 contiguous states is 1–6 business days via Ground Service. Small package orders received by 12:30 PM PST (Mon-Fri) typically ship the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends typically ship the next business day. Special, larger, custom, distributor, insufficient stock item orders, or circumstances beyond Rust Bullet’s control, may result in additional lead times that may delay shipment beyond the initial 24 hour window. If you have not received a shipment confirmation and need a time frame for your delivery, please contact Rust Bullet customer support.
• Alaska & Hawaii: We ship small parcel shipments to your location exclusively via USPS Ground Advantage. Before completing your purchase, please verify that your shipping address is deliverable via USPS. Orders shipped to addresses ineligible for postal delivery may incur additional return-to-sender or re-shipping fees at the customer’s expense. Shipping fees for returned shipments are nonrefundable.
• Signature Requirements: Please note that packages may be subject to a mandatory signature requirement upon delivery based on carrier discretion, the value of the shipment, or delivery location safety assessments. Rust Bullet, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the absence of a recipient to sign for the package.
• Special Instructions: If you have special instructions regarding the delivery of your order, those instructions must be communicated directly to our Customer Service and Support staff during our normal business hours by calling 800-245-1600 or 775-829-5606.

International & Canada

• Taxes and Duties: Canadian and International recipients are responsible for all PST, GST, HST, duties, and Broker Fees. These are often collected by the carrier (UPS) at the time of delivery.
• Dangerous Goods: Rust Bullet products are classified as Dangerous Goods when shipped via air or ocean. If you require expedited shipping or international shipping, please contact us for a quote. Large containers and pallet size orders will be shipped best way. Additional shipping charges may apply.

3. Payment, Prcing & Promotions

Rust Bullet, LLC accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as payments via PayPal. For customers preferring to pay by check or money order, please contact our Customer Service Department to request a formal quote and the verified payment total before mailing funds.

While we strive for pricing accuracy, we reserve the right to correct errors and adjust pricing or product descriptions without prior notice. Currently, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.75 for standard, in-stock items shipping via ground service within the 48 contiguous United States. Please note that additional charges may apply for overweight shipments, large quantities, or special orders. Rust Bullet, LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotions, discounts, or shipping offers at any time and for any reason.

4. Returns & Replacements

• Notification: You must notify Rust Bullet, LLC of any order errors within three (3) days of receipt.
• Cancellations: Allowed only if the order has not yet shipped. All custom color sales are final and cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order has been placed.
• Refunds: We will refund 85% of the purchase price for unopened/undamaged items returned within 30 days. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Non-Returnable: Refunds are not issued for orders over 100 gallons, custom colors, or special orders.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping costs on all returned items must be prepaid by the customer. All returns must be properly packaged to ensure they are received undamaged. It is recommended that the customer purchase full insurance to cover loss and/or damage of all returns and to use a carrier and the appropriate shipping method, which provides proof of delivery.

Rust Bullet coatings are designed for a wide variety of applications; however, it is the responsibility of the purchaser, installer, and/or end user to determine the appropriate coating system, surface finish, and any necessary safety measures required for their specific project. Rust Bullet, LLC provides product data and application guidelines but does not guarantee suitability for any particular use or assume liability for safety-related outcomes resulting from improper preparation, application, or finish selection

Rust Bullet, LLC may make improvements and/or changes in the products and/or the programs described in this material at any time. 7. Limited Warranty

Rust Bullet, LLC warranties products against manufacturers’ defects. This limited warranty issued by Rust Bullet LLC covers only paints/coatings products manufactured by Rust Bullet LLC. This limited warranty covers such products for manufacturing defects only. All warranties issued by Rust Bullet LLC cover only paint/coating products manufactured by Rust Bullet LLC. Rust Bullet LLC’s entire liability shall be limited to the replacement of paint for the area affected or a refunds of the original purchase price and will be at the discretion of Rust Bullet, LLC. This warranty does not cover labor for the application of any product. WE DO NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES PROVIDED FOR IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LIABILITY FOR THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS AGAINST YOU. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL OUR LIABILITY BE MORE THAN THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT WHICH IS THE SUBJECT OF A CLAIM. All warranties cover such products applied according to manufacturer’s instructions, including but not limited to proper surface and product preparation, spread rates, mil thickness, dry times and re-coat times as applied on a sound substrate. This limited warranty is non-transferable, requires original receipts and is valid for one year from date of purchased as evidenced by the original purchase receipt. This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. This limited warranty is to the original purchaser only, and excludes product damage due to application error, product abuse, or product misuse.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from the use of this Website or the purchase of products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Washoe County, Nevada.
