Soluble salts are among the #1 causes of premature coating failures. Salt contaminates include, chlorides, nitrates, and sulfates.  Chlor*Rid effectively removes these soluble salts from metal surfaces. Chlor*Rid will not interfere with the adhesion of protective coatings & linings.
