Our sanding sponges are great for sanding odd shapes, edges and grooves. These flexible foam sanding pads conform to almost any shape without altering the contours of the item. Reusable and washable, they last longer than sandpaper with less cleanup. They are coated with an aluminum oxide abrasive for use with metal, wood, and other substrates. These sanding sponges are excellent for roughing up existing paint prior to applying Rust Bullet® or for roughing up a previous coat of Rust Bullet® that has cured for more than 72 hours and an additional coat(s) are needed. These sponges can be used wet or dry. Approx. grit 100 - 3 7/8" long x 2 5/8" wide x 1" thick.
